You note that "Valence needs OEM's to design these batteries into products before anything happens." Amen. You say "Hanil-Valence says they have a pre-production line running providing samples to OEM's." But I thought Lev said the Korean line wasn't being delivered for another month or so. Is there a pilot line already up in Korea producing samples? I can't recall VLNC reporting that. You hit the nail on the head IMO with "These CC's are just a good excuse for traders to make a quick buck".
