Actual results could differ materially from these forward-looking statements as a result of a variety of factors including, among others, the satisfaction of all terms and conditions necessary to come into compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid requirement, including but not limited to obtaining stockholder approval to effect a reverse split of the Company's common stock and completing the acquisition of Vidikron Industries, S.p.A I've never been involved with a reverse split before. Anyone have an idea of how bad it could be? 1:10, 1:20, 1:50 ?? It seems to me that it might be better to not split and go to the OTC:BB and try to run the business back up(fat chance). Otherwise continued selling is just going to drop it below $1 again. jb3
