Remember that "chart" analysis has everything to do with the "psychology" of the players and not *as much* to do with the "fundamentals" of the underlying stock. I will grant you though that pennies do behave somewhat differently than larger stocks. I will therefore agree with Freddie's analysis of the current situation. The current chart is looking similar to early June's, which could be a signal of better times to come, albeit short term in nature. That is how the game is played, no? ;>)
