The issue is not options pricing, but number of options.

Mgmt got a huge increase in the number of options per year, and they got it with the evergreen thing too.

Options pricing has an impact on how much cash the co. raises by selling the stock. Since Asyst has plenty of cash that isn't a significant matter.

Number of options, however, has an impact on stock dilution, and that has a more immediate impact on shareholders like us.
