No, I am NOT saying that. Jon did not call me. No details were given either .Just that a release would be coming concerning distribution. Obviously it didn't happen.

I would like to say a few things, and hope they are taken in perspective.

1st, I am long on this stock no matter the out come!
2nd, I have done business (in a small way) with Walmart, Wendy's, Burger King and Autozone.
3rd, I have signed very few contracts, most have been verbal for one year.

Guess what, they do not honor them (period). The minute you renew your contract (based on service and quality product at a competitive price), they challenge you with the next company. Somehow someone will always do it cheaper (less quality, less profit or a different set of spec's). Look at how Wal-mart added to the bottom line, 2 cent a share is big money with volume.

Now what did I say in early posts? There are pot holes in the road, what are they? Do we really think that Kraft, Coke or anyone else with shelf space is going to allow some small clever unknown to take their shelf space without cutting the profit to a bone. Maybe they have a little innovation of their own, hell maybe just hold down one nostril and inhale? Who knows.

My thoughts maybe wasted, but I think if TCBG reads this thread, then we may be better off to spend less time trying to figure out how they got here and more time on maybe throwing some thoughts out that might help them finish the job. Example, I bet Wal-Mart has some kind of clause that pushes the price down as competitors react. Win-Dixie in my estimation is probably not as ruthless, BWDIK.

So where am I? I guess my problem is that TCBG has not finished one single step. Not to say that we were promised (in the conference call and press releases), but I think most definitely implied. Name me one instance where they have produced and finished an implied result!!

So what is the problem? They just don't have an executioner. What is it you don't understand about getting samples to investors after promising them in a national conference call? What is it you don't understand about hiring a CPA firm to get SEC approved? What is it you don't understand about getting product on the shelves before our kids return to school? What is it that you don't understand?

Hate to loose investors like Calvery and Jimbo, some won't agree but remember the early posters are gone, and we purchased their shares at a premium. Hope someday we are as clever as them..........

Disclosure - I moved my funds from saving's and earnings to the stock market about 2 years ago because I was netting 3%. My portfolio is now up 2%, boy do I know how to make money and invest! Of my 20+ holdings, five are in the five and under range and if not for these I would be up 35%. Don't make any investments based on my intuition....
