Perhaps the stock was undervalued at a discount of 50% to the cash on hand of $3.50 per share- especially when the company has indicated that with its development agreement payments schedule for the next 12 months they will have the same $3.50 per share at the end of 1999. I still can't get over the market telling this management that they are so bad that they are only worth 50% of stuffing the money in a mattress.
