Based on reading of technical charts and intermediate term momentum readings falling into negative territory, this morning looks like a good time to lock in the following approximate and excellent gains in a number of sectors.

Automotive - Buy on 10/12 - + 18.5%
Brokerage - Buy on 10/9 - + 24.4%
Financial Services - Buy on 10/9 - + 16.0%
Home Finance - Buy on 10/9 - + 24.0%
Regional Banks - Buy on 10/9 - + 12.9%

While their last Buy signals were ignored, some other funds that are now in Sell territory are: Industrial Materials & Paper & Forest.

Coincident downtrend in Dow Jones Industrials, Transports, and Utilities is not favorable in the near term. Regardless of the behavior and direction of the broader market, however, all a Select Fund investor has to do, from the time that he invests in a fund base on a solid Buy signal, is look for a subsequent sell signal.

Have a great weekend.

Bernie
