Ish,I personally believe if the people of this earth choose through ignorance to create hell on earth for their grand children I could care less. What truly bothers me is that this unbelievable complex and beautiful planet will pay the price. The earth is a mosaic of living pieces assembled in the most complex manner each piece effecting on those surrounding it.Over a billion years in the making.Trial and error refining over and over again for each minor change. The dismissal of pieces that no longer fit for ones that fit just a tiny bit better. They just don't understand that every time that they remove one of the pieces of this puzzle that it's complex beauty is diminished forever. In spite of two hundred billion galaxies with two hundred billion stars each surrounded by planets we have no evidence that anything like it's beauty exists anywhere. Yet we continue to plunder her beauty. Is this where evolution has brought us? Satisfy our instincts and breed no matter the costs? Oh well, in ten thousand years give or take the human species will either have come to it's senses or be gone. Either way It took sixty million years for recovery from the mass extinction that took the dinosaurs. But recover it did. So I guess the earth's beauty is eternal. With the help of an enlightened humanity or free from humanities interference the earth will heal. Although not so much in geological time sixty million years is forever as far as humans are concerned. To bad.
