D.A. Don't know about the images being better but for a time I
think maybe Pinnacle might have been the only one to offer the
HUGE storage capacity and Corporations mainly bought them if
they required the large capacity. In the past few years several have
come on line and offer the same. Perhaps they have had the drive
for sometime?

My point I guess is in the past Pinnacle has not priced a product
for the masses so to speak. By that I mean the smaller businesses
and the general consumer.

Those are just my thoughts and I could be all wrong. I am just
stating my case as a private end user who does use a lot of data
storage. I have now gone to the newer CDRW drive and will use
it in conjunction with the jaz 1 gig storage units. I have many of
the jaz cartridges and so I will not need more of them but will
primarily go towards using the CD ROM media in the future. It is
the most economical.

Usury rates are not pleasant but in Pinnacle's case if they want a
sugar daddy they have no choice. This is what leads me to wonder
if they have found any takers giver their position in the market and
considering the way the market is headed and do they have the
technology to compete and make it.

For some reason in my opinion Pinnacle seems to be a day late
and a dollar short; as the saying goes. Just behind the curve.

Again these are just my thoughts and I could be dead wrong and
HOPE I am.
