Yes but it's cost me more $$$$ than any single bet, ever (wiped out most of my trading profit this year.) In general my thought process goes like this. Expectations were reduced in the wake of the various crises, and then exceeded slightly, by the co's that had reduced them. This coupled with the two rate cuts and ultimately wasteful stock repurchasing, has persuaded the bulls that the battle is won, even though none of the structural problems in the market have been solved. It is my opinion that these well documented problems will eventually cause great damage, and my time-scale is the next six months, but it is not a popular opinion, and so far it has cost me tremendous upside opportunity. But strong foundations euphoria does not make, and in the upswing much of the evidence of the bubble has reappeared
