24601,

I don't think that any value has been assigned in BANY's book value to reflect its position in Anything stock as the stock has not yet been priced. If you run some calculations as to where the stock of Anything may be priced and divide the float by the 800k shares retained in Anything after the dividend has been paid, you will probably see an increase in the future to reflect this asset.

You'll need to check with Yost on that.
These were his figures.

But my guess is that either those shares are not held by BANY yet or are not being assigned a value until trading begins.

Yost almost did just that today but stopped himself. J. Saff had asked about the BANY book value and Yost gave it to him but then said it did not reflect...and stopped. He wouldn't finish. I guess he didn't want to be that forward looking...LOL! I do! You better believe that I'm looking that forward.

One thing to remember... Scott Sitra doesn't get the rest of his money until BANY hit's $1.20 and Anything Internet doesn't get the rest of theirs until BANY hits $1 and then the final 100K shares at $2.

I really like it when there are good folks working to get the stock I own over twice as high as it currently trades. I'd feel I was in tall cotton if Sitra got his final payment.
