<<Lev's lack of concern about Jan 27 does not
imply he's ignorant about important facts.>>

Actually, Lev did not indicate a lack of concern about Jan 27. He acted ignorant of any significance to this date by saying something like the conversion is tied to stock price level. It is your spin to say he was unconcerned rather than ignorant.

<<He's not paying attention to that date, not
because he's dumb, but because he knows it
does not matter. I.e. he's weeks away from
signing a contract but he could not tell you
that on the call, as he carefully explained.>>

That is one interpretation you can put on his supposed ignorance of the significance of Jan 27. Another interpretation is that he is very aware of the significance of that date. Therefore, no answer to the question about whether OEMs are receiving production samples and the supposed ignorance about financing terms.

<<Go ahead and obsess all you want before deciding, but please
try not to take up so much band width insisting
that everybody help you get unconfused>>

I have seen few threads less tolerant of those with reasonable questions to ask. Given the poor track record of the "inside information" posted on this thread over the months, this thread should be welcoming with open arms somebody asking reasonable questions, rather than dismissing those questions as "wasted bandwidth."
