EBAY...can't short with E-Trade...no shares. KTEL also. I will have to stick to Yahoo for my shorting needs at this point I guess.

If my memory serves me right, it's not legal to short a stock until it has traded for 30 days. If Ebay hasn't been trading for that long, then someone is pulling your leg.
