All, Found this on a yahoo thread: kahi by: alllrighty98 12709 of 12727 just talked to bruce barren. the financials are expected by the end of the week. the estimated o/s are 8-10 million. the ipo is going as scheduled toward the end of month. it will generate much needed revenue. it appears they have been operating successfully for the past year without incurring more debt.
