Overall though, I didn't think there was much in there we hadn't heard. The CC covered much the same stuff so no big surprises in numbers. The good thing about the SEC reports is they are without the hype we might find in a CC. 3Com is pretty consistent between the CC and the SEC report.

I wouldn't think anything in here scared anyone off.

I noticed the 'connected organizer' lingo too. Pretty smart for the 'More Connected' company.

So 10% of COMS's market cap is cash.. I wonder how many people know this. What is COMS long term debt (if any)... I don't have the financials handy at the moment and I know you woun't mind looking this up for me ;-)
