Allan,

I asked my broker to tell me the worst news he could find about PPH. He brought the news up on his screen and after a minute he said to me, "Man, it's all the worst."
Huge per share loss in last qtr.
Lawsuits all over the place (some partly settled)
3 directors resigned
President commited suicide.
I asked him, "So, do you think all the bad news is out now?"
He almost fell out of his chair laughing.
