I'll bet there is a disclaimer that these aren't the opinions of the Fed itself. The World Bank for example always makes sure research papers have these disclaimers.

And while I'm posting here two predictions:

1. No rate cut this month in US. (I was right on no rate cut in Australia and Germany so far).
2. Pullback to about 1000 on SPX and new advance.
