From Bart Brown, vice president of marketing for the Americas at Gateway.

"Creative Labs continues to meet our audio needs and by meeting our requirements for our Voodoo Banshee solution, has demonstrated its expertise as a strategic vendor to Gateway.

Now, if we can get a few more OEMS to sing this tune we will be humming. This is one of the best examples of what CREAF talked about more than a year ago. Namely, having the leverage and product depth to reach out beyond the retail sector and provide total multi-media solutions to OEM's. It would be great if they could also get GTW to offer the Encore DVD solution and Cambridge speakers. Don't think the speakers will happen, though, because it appears that GTW has gotten in bed with Boston Acoustic on that front. Still, this is definitely positive progress.
