hello sunny, re: cmgi valuation here's a message i saved from the yahoo thread where someone took a jab at valuating cmgi - it's hard to do especially in the case of their private holdings and other tax issues but he has made a very good attempt - mind you, alot of their public holdings have increased in value since the sept. date - also, i believe that they have acquired a few more companies since then too hope this gives you what you need: post.messages.yahoo.com good luck, m
