This may be old news, but I don't remember reading it:

Dow Jones had a PR wherein MSHE released earnings for a FY 9/96 and lost $ 794,071 on $ 29,106 revenues. This was a PR about the acquisition of AGE reiterating revs of $15 million and $.05/share earnings.

They also stated that Berwind Capital would be financing the deal. Another thing stated was that after they acquire the other two companies (no idea which two?) they may consider a secondary offering because they should be reporting by then and have enough revenues amongst their varied ventures to interest more investors.

I read this through Charles Schwab computer. I have yet to find it through E-Schwab. If I find I will post an excerpt.
