<<This is a great chance for EDS>>- I agree with you on this point. However, the CEO has and is taking responsibility for the "company's demise". Gary Fernandes is strong on top line company issues, Alberthal was always a bottom line manager. It's too damn bad they could not work together more effectively. But I suspect that Les did not promote Gary because he must have thought that Gary was not in his corner on some issues. The problems started with business that was sold during a high growth period in the mid 1990's. Maybe Les figured that he let Gary run a little too far out of control during this time and just could not reconcile the financial results. My speculation on this, but its based from my prior knowledge of these guys both of which have my respect.
