TMK, I don't believe that the ASK has been as low as .75. If and when that happens then you should get filled.

T.M.K. I'm with E*Trade also, and a couple of weeks ago
I had an limit buy order in and the ask actually went
lower than my order and still didn't get filled.
I would say that, at times, there just aren't enough
share's to fill the buy orders. And sometime's,
vice versa.
I've also seen, on a large limit order under the ask,
the MM's walk the bid/ask down to fill the buy and then
move them back up. I guess it's all based on the
availability of share's and at what price.
I try to understand their moves by placing myself in
their shoes. It helps.
