My hat's off to mytrack tonight. A manager responded last night promising help and today someone from there called my ISP and determined that some DNS numbers had been lost somewhere along the internet route from here to mytrack's servers. Apparently my ISP took care of it from there and my connection has been restored. Were it not for mytrack's help today in tracking down the problem I might still be sitting here with arcane error messages. Faith restored.

Ed or Anyone...I am having trouble connecting to myTrack through the AIQ software and/or the myTrack package. I get "Unable to connect to the server" message and can't seem to figure out what is wrong. I am using a cable modem and when I had mentioned this to AIQ tech support they said it could be a Winsock problem but are looking into it further.

Has anyone out there had a similar problem?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Regards,

Jim
