Yea, right! The rationalizing goes on..... I can think of dozens of companies that have gone under from the inability to chew as much as they bit off. We talk here of WGNR's repeat business and applaud them for that (as we rightly should) but do you not realize that keeping a customer comes at a cost? And one of the costs is to ensure that the company does not outgrow their ability to offer support and service. Your fictional conversation shows just how deeply cynical you are. I would suggest that if Wegener gives you that much of a negative impression then you might want to examine whether you wish to be associated with them in any way whatsoever. Jim
