Immi, this deal will undoubtedly be a big win for someone other than LU also. This deal is just for LU's AC120 (read: Access Concentrator 120, ie, the Yurie stuff). This is not an ATM switch at all, but an ATM concentrator. This device is only used to "front-end" an ATM switching backbone, providing legacy interfaces such as frame relay, T1/E1, etc, access into an ATM network. Some other vendor (ASND, NN, FORE, CSCO, NT ????) must be providing the ATM switching gear that these AC120's feed into. One concern that it might not be ASND would be the fact that the customer chose the AC120 instead of ASND's competing SA line. The SA line is also an ATM access concentrator system. Gary
