JDN, I believe your comments about IMRS are off the mark. First 95% of IMRS business now in the pipeline is non Y2K. The majority of this business is legacy system maintenance which has not been affected by Aquisitions. The French aquisition of tchnology will kick in major new business in mid 2000. IMRS has a very conservative aquisition strategy and will not overpay. They turned down Buying Claremont that CBSI bought because they thought Claremont was asking too much.
