announced Thursday, pursuant to disclosure requirements under the Securities Acts, that a Medical Advisory Board member of the company has increased their position from 5% to 6.7% of the common shares of stock, becoming the single largest shareholder in National Boston Medical Inc.

Never mind that the SEC requires disclosure of who the individual actually happens to be. What a joke. They aren't reporting in the first place, so they are pretending to act like they are, only they don't have the courage to actually identify the individual as required if they were complying.

Smooth operators this Liberty Capital bunch. A real step up from Baron Marney. They really are earning their $750,000.
