Well, now, I hadn't considered the SEC is still reading my filing excuse. These guys are great. Too bad making excuses isn't a business . . . or is it?

I wonder what the real reason is. Since they leaked it through their back channel whispered phone conversation to a Yahoo poster. What's next, I wonder? How long do you think they are going to play this one out before they have another reason for not filing?

This on going negative interpretation of every little detail and bits of information or lack there of is counter productive.

It is not counterproductive in investment analysis to question the optimistic projections of any management. It is only counterproductive to those who invested based upon rumor and speculation, and are now in so deep they must pray for the positive without acknowledging the facts.

To express one's disappointment in management is one thing, but to turn that disappointment into insinuations of scam and such is irresponsible and not fair to the company or current shareholder

You must acknowledge the company is responsible for the firms it hires to represent them. It was Gutman while under the employ of EDII which advanced the rumor of $10M land values. It is Dror that ran prior companies where the auditors resigned. And what about all these transactions concerning related parties and Dror Trusts.

I define a scam as any business venture designed to enrich management at the shareholders expense. Each day that passes without disclosure increases the likelyhood of a scam. Financing for Dror's entire "empire" has come from people like you. I amazes me that you do not feel they have any obligation whatsoever to let you know whats happening with you money.

Which is better, pesimistic and angry or optimistic and niave'?

Good luck in your investment.
