Fairly simple my ass. As one who thinks Siebel is a very strong company, I also find it absurd they that their opinion of their strnegths is so far ahead of reality. They haven't yet proved they can succeed in customer service and support (in other words beyond SFA), let alone taking on a shopping basket/ecommerce functionality. They do not have a transaction-driven system and interfacing to back-end legacy systems is about as hear to them as SFA is to Broadvision.
