UPDATE FROM PROJECT MANAGER

I just talked to Victor French, Gallery Resources Project Manager. Here are my notes from that talk:

- The drill is currently down to a depth of 2150' (entering the top of the conductive zone)

- The drill has encountered harder rock at these depths

- Due to the harder rock, the drill crew is currently changing drill bits (this entails pulling and replacing the drill rods and changing the bit) this will take half a day.

- By Monday, it is expected that the drill will have cut through all of the conductive zone

- A probe from the VBN (Vosiey's Bay Nickel Company/Inco) property is being arranged to be sent up to probe OK-M3 when it is completed

Cheers,

Kent
