As a matter of fact, my friend spoke to Dave Taylor on Monday...According to him, the molds that are necessary for the mass manufacture of the tents are just about completed..and Taylor will personally be bringing them to the factory in China in a couple of weeks. Taylor had mentioned to my pal that there are two big trade shows on the horizon..one in Salt lake City during Super bowl weekend, and the big Super Show in Atlanta in February. I know the SLC trade show is somewhat regional, but it is sponsored by the Outdoor Retailer magazine, which caters to the outdoors, obviously. The Super Show is the world's largest sporting goods trade show, and although I haven't been there...i had a friend who worked for the NBA who was there one year..he said it was just massive..every sports product under the sun was there...so it is probably #1 on QTNT's priority list.. Two more quick points...I may or may not have said this before, and this is what Taylor told my pal the other day: "Selling the tents is the easy part..it is everything else that is time-consuming." Hopefully, he is right... Secondly, as far as calling the office. I asked my friend to ask taylor About that, because I too have left a message and have gotten no response.. basically, QTNT has only a few employees, to keep costs down until they have a product to sell. I have no problem with that...makes sense fiscaly. However, Taylor indicated that he will make a more concerted effort to return those messages.... That is all I know...my pal asked taylor to give me a call when he has the chance..I hope that will happen soon..
