I just want to say that I thought I had been taken also. I placed an order two weeks ago. I ordered some power tools and when I came home today they were sitting on my back door! I had emailed them twice, tried to call their customer service number (always busy), but they did deliver! Maybe I am one of the lucky ones or maybe things are turning up for shopping.com.

The only thing I can complain about is the time (two weeks), not returning my emails, and their delivery method--FDX (full disclosure: I work for Airborne Express!). I will try them again, but not till after the XMAS season.
