The headline a tad misleading given the text?

SAO PAULO, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Brazilian bourses saw a net foreign capital inflow of $92.03 million in October against a net outflow of $1.735 billion in September, Brazil's Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) said on Thursday.

The amount represented cash received through CVM's Annex Four, which regulates foreign investment in Brazilian shares, debentures and privatization bonds. Most of the investment is in shares.<<

RESEARCH ALERT-Morgan ups IBMtarget to $181

NEW YORK, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Morgan Stanley Dean Witter on Thursday said analyst Thomas Kraemer raised his price target on computer giant International Business Machines Corp. to $181, citing strong fundamentals.

-- Kraemer said 59 percent of th IBM's gross profit is exposed to powerful upgrade and technology cycles.

-- Maintained strong buy rating, and still sees fourth quarter earnings per share at $2.50.

-- shares rose 2-1/8 to 159-3/16. <<
