The reason is because there is a balance between information you get from doing DD and Public info. If someone from the company tells you something, It may not be in the public domain and if you want to continue to get info. you keep your mouth shut.

I'll tell you like I tell everyone else, you bought the stock, call the company if you have questions. Don't rely on me or anyone else to post everything they know, because it isn't possible to remember everything. Also, I don't want to be accused of helping the big pump and dump some posters are talking about here.
At least some of the litigation questions have been answered today.
