John, that's not entirely accurate. The rules in fact are known to all, it's just the timing that is impossible to figure out. We all knew there would be a pump when Kernaghan decided to convert and then a dump when he started to unload whatever shares left he had after covering his short. We just didn't know how low the price would go before that happened.

It is also written in TPII's last 10Q that they plan to continue doing toxic converts to stay afloat. So, if they just did another one, expect the same slow steady death spiral all over again.
