RE: Party at Dell

Is it your gut feel that this is true or just a comment to pump us up? Could be an indication of Dell's market share....

A 'party' to bemoan or celebrate?

LoD:

Thanks for that 'insider' information.May be it is just a party to bemoan the 'slowdown in desktops sales and drop in sequential growth' you think? Well in some cultures they do have parties to celebrate a death in the family you know.HeeeeeeeHaaaaaw!!

Check on that willya?<vbg>

LoD, is this a celebration or going away party??? <ggg> On a serious note, what's your take on Dell's sales? Especially in Asia/Pacific and Europe. From Dell's recent statements that were made at various meetings/conferences, I thought they had said things were going very well. The only negative was in Asia, where they said sales were off in Japan, or was it China, however, the total region would come in per forecasts.

What's your understanding?
