Well, I guess this is the price you pay for buying a stock before it files with the SEC:

Shares Outstanding:

1997: 39.1 million
1998: 60.7 or 63.7 million (depending on where you look)

Now there is an example of extreme stock value dilution (without considering the performance of the company).

Knowing that I bought a stock that will dilute its price at this rate does not a give me a good feeling. At best it tells me that I will have to be a lot more patient with this stock than I had expected or I should get out of this stock as soon as possible.

I wonder how the people who bought NCII in 1997 feel?

What is even worse is that we don't have any idea of whether or not NCII plans to continue to issue convertible securities at current shareholders' expense.

Other than that, did anybody see the word auditor or audited on that SEC filing?
