Josef- Read it. Didn't see it last time I looked at the site. Appears the site was just modified to provide this information. Disclaimer discloses that they were compensated, doesn't say how much they were compensated. Interesting but not unusual. Considering that Goldman Sachs put out a target price on EBAY at $150 for an IPO that they issued at $18, seems to be very ordinary for the industry. Anyway as recent SEC investigations point out, basing investment decisions solely on advisories is precarious to anyone's financial health. However disclosure is better than non disclosure. You should also note that the following language was also included... "...Nevertheless, we believe that very aggressive investors seeking wide capital appreciation, who are willing and able to afford a loss of a substantial portion of the capital they commit to this equity should familiarize themselves with this situation...." THe report also contains info on the CEO which doesn't appear to be included on the link you've provided, who you hitherto didn't appear to recognize or know. This info is as follows: "Mr. Dwight Romanica -CEO Mr. Romamica brings several years of entrepeneurial experience to the company. Prior to being CEO of Planet City, Mr. Romanica had been involved in venture capital and public company financing, and was CEO of Canmax Group, a company which , under his direction, grew from a small VSE listed company to a NASDAQ listed company which was acquired by Electronic Data Systems in 1990. At the time of that acquisition , Canmax group had a market capitalization of $100,000,000 and employed 150 people.." So Josef, why don't you now spend time doing further DD on Mr. Romanica. Why don't you now tell everyone how ridiculous this CEO is? Investigate Canmax. Verify the above or disprove it my insinuation. State that the CEO isn't taking any salary, and therefore is pumping up the share price to dump it. State that the company is using revenues to acquire other products and market their current ones. State that the comapny doesn't employ anyone and therefore doesn't have any salaries. Don't make an effort to obtain the full report that contains the company's balance sheets so you can continue looking like a simpleton. That's completely your prerogative. Is this your method of operating? I only wish I had as much time as you do to do DD on companies who's shares I own let alone one's I don't own. Good luck and cheers, ztect... btw... According to your sources, what is the cost for remediating one line of code? I've seen a very wide range of numbers from several sources on this myself.
