they shoot miles of film of still photo's and motion pictures during war. Often IR. And then, X-Ray goes up after many flights.

Stephen, the joke in photo reconnaissance business was that we could have easily won the Vietnam war if we would have simply dumped all our processed film & paper on them. A lot of intelligence has shifted to electronic real time imaging, but I'm sure a lot of film & paper would be consumed.
