Odds are that Vitech on monday will file a 10-Q NT for a late filing of its quarterly filing. Three out of the last five filings have been late and this quarter should be no different.

Heck, lets face it, its tough cooking the books.

When it eventually comes out, we will be able to see just how badly they have done and what their inventory composition is.
