Hi francis, here is what I think is going on in my own words. I have been monitoring ragingbull and si. First the people who bought at .15+ are disappointed because of the decrease in share price. I have been a shareholder for some time and have seen the ups and downs. For those who have invested long term see a bigger picture. All board members are highly educated MD's and PHD's. I believe the company has turned the corner. The audited financials is the start. Remember they have always been a fully reporting company. The companies finacials are very important. Once they have audited numbers they can begin the process of the merger. I don't know if they will buy out Miragen or do a reverse merger. I think alot depends on what company achieves the proper financing. Either way I excited about the combined companies. I have always believed INVI's and Miragen's visions are future technologies of the 21st century. I have spoken with Mr. Ulmer when company was dead in the water. He never said quit, and never gave up. That was one year ago. Those who have followed company for over a year are very happy about INVI's progress. Luv INVI and long, long, long.
