Exasperation would be my best term....promises,promises....even though I think the merger will be good cause you're boy will be head,I'll probably get out slowly due to Exasperation.There are two CC's this month.

That is exactly my question. CEO of Sulcus projected at the recent
Wall Street Forum conference (and two earlier investment meetings) $.25-26 EPS for
next year on nearly a 25% increase in revenue. If you read my posts on Yahoo you will
see that I do not think much of the terms for Sulcus shareholders either.
