Steve - I agree that the goal is recognition as a full service IT provider, but the skillful use of AltaVista and DEC Service resources is a great example of how to put the pieces to work while waiting for the grand strategy to bear fruit. The more places CPQ can put former DEC assets to work creating business in CPQ's traditional business the better, and the street will recognize that too (especially if it works!!)
