Hi Gersh: If the INDU is seriously tested at the 8675 to 8700 level between now and 11/17; the INDU holds at the 8675 to 8700 on a closing basis; we do not get a rate cut; and we have a strong intraday dive without a collapse on 11/17; I may buy some junk stocks and index calls on the 17th or the 18th. There are a number of other things that need to happen for me to buy also. However, I think we may see an opportunity develop early next week.

I did not see what happened to Dell after the close but I do not like its chart and I do not like what it did today. I think DELL and its shareholders are symbolic of the market we have had for the last several years. I would not want to go long in a market where DELL is stumbling. A lot can happen between now and next Tuesday. I am 100 percent cash now. I sold all the junk stocks and index calls that I picked up from the 7850 and 8300 level last week.
