Mike, This morning CNBS reported the SIA forecasts again but I did not hear them report what has actually happened this year and how they did not see it coming. If this was a bear story they most certainly would have pointed out any mistakes made. What is so absurd about the forecast is that they seem to ignore the recession/depression in Asia. I would guess they don't expect a U.S. recession in 1999 and perhaps they figure AG and Bob Rubin have tamed the business cycle. Mike
