I just started using Quicken for my trades, trying to catch up for 1998 so I can, maybe, for the first time in 5 years, file before October 15 next year. :-)

How do you enter option trades? As a stock? Also, Quicken can't seem to retrieve prices for options, is that right?

Dennis

Quicken, with at least weekly BACKUPs I am sure, too!!!

I use Excel and my newest broker I believe will give me a daily file to import into an Excel spreadsheet.

Quicken, is probably a lot simpler to use though.

How do you handle the SEC fee in quicken? On a sale, long or short, 1/30000 is a fee to the SEC. Any thoughts?
