While I don't doubt Intel will have an excellent quarter, I would revise the PII asp down about $10 and the Pentium ASP down about $5 and move the celeron asp to $98 or so (nit picking here).

I'm shooting from the hip here, but I recall a recent trade article that said INTC would ship 300,000 Xeons in Q4 - lemme see if I can find the article and I'll post the link; you can decide if it's credible or not. I would be suspicious of Kurlak's estimates - he's been off by a country mile lately.

Can't comment on prices or ASPs, though.
