contract is not with sweet factory, it is with retn. retn distributes products to sweet factory. shipments have gone out. purchase orders are on file. Oh, I get it. AZNT is now setting up VanderKellen to take the fall. In other words, all po' li'l ol' AZNT did was contract with RETN. Therefore, it was RETN who lied to AZNT about their relationship with Sweet Factory. Therefore, unless ToN shows up in a Sweet Factory store 'near you' they plan to cancel the evil VanderKellen's shares just like they did to just about every other person with whom they've ever dealt. - Jeff

That's not what Sweet Factory says. From Bob Bell's email to me: The product, Taste of Nature, is not sold in any of our Sweet Factory stores and we have no plans at this time to retail this product. You also requested information regarding the status of a Mr. Kevin Vanderkelen. he is in no way involved with Sweet Factory. I find that quite unambiguous, don't you? And I suspect that what the Authorities find will be very very bad for hypester business on SI, and particularly on this thread.
