Ari,

The zone intercepted by the 10 drill holes has a strike length of at least 400 meters North-South. On surface, the mineralized area can be trace for 800 meters N-S. Now this zone outcrops on the east flank of a mountain.

The zone dips to the west in a parallel way to the west flank of the mountain and is approximately 70 meters wide.

The zone starts on surface on the east flank and has now been tested for 80 meters. The current round is testing at 120 meters... As well, some holes will try to extend the zone on strike to the North and South.

Its hard to described how this zone lies...looking at the last annual report would help you.

But imagine a mountain which has the shape of a triangle. For the 1st round of drill holes, the drill was sitting on the left (WEST) side of the mountain some 75-80 meters below the top and drilled at 90 degrees with the slope of the mountain. It hit the zone some 50 meters below surface and went through it for an average width of 70 meters. This zone starts and is visible on the right (EAST) side of the mountain some 50 meters below the top.

Now the mountain is 150 meters above the valley. To drill the next set of holes, the crew move the drill pads further down (some 40-50 meters) on the (left) west side of the valley (for a total of 115-130 meters below the top of the mountain) and will drill again roughly at 90% with the slope of the mountain. They hope to hit the zone again some 50+meters below surface (on the east side), but this time at some 120 meters from surface on the right side (west).

I hope you can figure it out. In short, the zone is continuous, starts on surface on the east side of the mountain and runs parallel to the West side, some 50 meters below the west flank. The question is:

1) DOes the zone goes down to the valley floor and possibly below...for a depth that could be above 120 meters..

2) Can the strike length be expanded beyond the 400 meters already tested and match the surface expression of 800 meters.

If the answer to this question is YES... We have a great silver deposit (87% silver, 13% gold)...with probably more than 60 millions ounces of silver eq. that is open pit amenable to heap leaching, with excellent recoveries and very low strip ratios.

A lot remain to be done...but that is the potential.
