Re RUT: More than a 25% return from the recent bottom -- better than the S&P 500 -- hows that for a rummy index? Haven't checked the NDX -- probably higher but I have this theory about the smart money dumping the less liquid issues while telling everyone who are choking on the valuations of the big caps -- time for small stocks to shine bullhockey while they distribute. Now RUT turns down before the DOW?
